Destiny Renee Oliphant is a entrepreneur, master artist/ trainer, author and cosmetologist. She has been in the beauty industry for over 11 years. Her career first launched as she toured the nation working int he beauty and fashion industry. After an incredible 8 years of consistent travel, she decided settle down where she would graduate as a licensed beauty technician and then on to become a certified permanent makeup artist. Destiny sought to follow her passion of building others confidence through beauty treatments and education. In 2017 she opened her own spa salon in Elk Grove CA. Her creativity, passion for education and innovation has been the catalyst to transforming a student with no experience or an average artist to an exceptional permanent makeup technician.
