About Deborah S. Bash, MD, FACS
Dr. Bash is a board certified plastic surgeon who has been in practice since 1992. She moved to Arizona in 2000 when she was recruited to join the faculty of Mayo Clinic. Dr. Bash worked at Mayo Clinic from 2000-2013 as an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery, and was the head of the cosmetic surgery from 2000-2008. While at Mayo Clinic Dr. Bash was involved in continuous resident training and education, and focused her surgical practice on cosmetic surgery, surgery after massive weight loss, and implant based breast reconstruction. Dr. Bash has been a speaker both nationally and locally on many cosmetic surgery topics, and has appeared on several local news stations with updates on the latest trends in plastic surgery. She was listed at TOP DOC in Phoenix Magazine from 2008-2012. For 12 years she served at the Associate Medical Director of Mayo’s health insurance plan (MMSI) in addition to her full time clinical practice
