About Davinder J. Singh, MD
Davinder J. Singh, MD, FACS, has joined as Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Phoenix Children's Hospital. Dr. Singh opened her clinical practice in Phoenix in 2006 after three years in practice at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Singh received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She received her postgraduate training in General Surgery from Columbia University and in Plastic Surgery from the University of Pennsylvania. Following residency, Dr. Singh completed a fellowship in Craniofacial Surgery at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania. During her fellowship, she obtained advanced training in management of cleft lip and palate, craniosynostosis, facial and jaw anomalies, craniomaxillofacial trauma, hemifacial microsomia, microtia, and vascular anomalies. Following fellowship, she received additional training in orthognathic surgery and distraction osteogenesis of the facial skeleton with the Craniofacial Center in Mexico City. She then joined the faculty at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
