About Darrell W. Freeman, MD
Dr. Darrell Freeman, is a plastic surgeon who is excited to serve the greater Lake Norman area. His passion for excellent patient safety and care led him to join Piedmont Plastic Surgery and Dermatology. Dr. Freeman has been trained in all aspects of plastic surgery and also sees patients for any cosmetic issues, including skin checks. His training at the University of Louisville and the Ohio State University allowed him to work with national and world leaders to develop and refine his skill sets. He practices the full scope of plastic surgery including cosmetic and reconstructive surgery while providing the newest and most advanced techniques. Dr. Freeman highly values the physician-patient relationship. He believes in listening and working as a team to achieve joint goals with the patient as an active participant in the care provided. He is compassionate, thorough, and exemplifies the attention to detail needed to achieve the best outcome.
