About Cindy L. Russell
Dr. Cindy Russell's surgical interests include plastic reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, breast surgery, liposuction, laser surgery. She is board certified in Plastic Surgery.Dr. Russell attended medical school at the University of California, San Diego, in 1980. Her internship and residency was at Stanford University. She completed a fellowship at the Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat, Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship.My approach to treating patients has always been to listen and understand not only to their goals for improvement but also their concerns before determining appropriate options for treatment. It is important to have realistic expectations and use safe and reliable techniques. I believe preoperative patient education and attention to detail in surgery make for a good outcome. My goal is to provide a comfortable and safe experience, while achieving a pleasing and natural result for my patients. Being a woman, I can also relate to the unique concerns of women.
