About Christopher J. Remishofsky, MD
Christopher Remishofsky joined Georgetown Dermatologists in 2008. He completed his undergraduate training at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania and earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine (formerly MCP-Hahnemann University) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed an internship at Oakwood Hospital and Medical Center in Dearborn, Michigan, followed by a residency in dermatology at Wayne State University in Detroit, where he also served as chief resident. Dr. Remishofsky is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatological Surgery, Michigan Dermatological Society, Michigan State Medical Society, and American Medical Association. Dr. Remishofsky has been named in America's Top Dermatologists, was voted a "Mom Approved Doc" by Metro Parent Magazine, and was recognized as outpatient clinical specialist instructor of the year in 2014 by the Beaumont Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program. He is skilled in general dermatology and dermatological surgery, with a special interest in procedural and cosmetic dermatology.
