About Charlene Philips, Aesthetician Specialist
Charlene earned a Bachelors of Science in Technology (BS) from the University of Houston and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Kaplan University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude (with honors). Charlene is a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas as well as a Licensed Aesthetics. Because patient care is paramount to Charlene, she is earning her Nurse Practitioner's degree from Purdue Global University. Charlene has been active in advanced training with non-invasive threadlift specialists from around the world in order to offer our patients the very latest treatments with the very best products. Charlene is a highly regarded trainer in her field and is often commissioned to train local and nationally-based injectors, as well as training on laser use and TCA Skin Peels. In her dedication to continuing education and training in her own career, Charlene regularly participates in Galderma and Allergan's ""Master Classes"" along, with other local registered nurses, medical doctors, and nurse practitioners. In order to offer our patients a leading edge on industry news, techniques, products and treatments, Charlene regularly participates in continuing education and training locally and nationally. Thanks to an intense training program last year working with human tissue alongside physicians and other nurses, Charlene now employs an injection technique using a blunt cannula. What does that mean for you? The blunt end of the cannula helps minimizes potential bruise and swelling during and after treatment vs. the sharp tip of a needle.
