About Brooks A. Bahr, MD
Dr. Bahr attended the University of Utah as an undergraduate where he was a starting outside linebacker on the football team and earned 2nd team Academic All American honors in 2002. He continued his studies at the University of Utah and received his MBA in 2003 and his MD in 2007, graduating as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed a transitional intern year at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah, and then his dermatology residency at the University of Southern California, serving as chief resident his final year. After residency, he worked as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Stanford University from 2011-2014 where he also served as the Clinic Chief for Medical Dermatology and directed the medical student sub-internship in dermatology. Dr. Bahr is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Pacific Dermatologic Association. He regularly lectures at national and regional meetings. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, hiking, and playing squash, racquetball, basketball, and tennis.
