About Bonnie Barsky, MD
Bonnie Barsky, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist who has practiced in the Chicago area since 1983. She grew up in a family of dermatologists in the western suburbs of Chicago and graduated from the University of Illinois School of Medicine in Chicago in 1979, after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She interned at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge in internal medicine and completed her dermatology residency at Cook County Hospital in 1983, where she remained as attending dermatology staff teacher for several years before going into private practice in Oak Brook. In 1999, Dr.Barsky became a partner in the Highland Park practice of Darryl Bronson, MD, and in January 2013 joined Dermatology Partners of the North Shore. Dr. Barsky is on staff at NorthShore University HealthSystem. She is a diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology, a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Chicago Dermatological Society, Women’s Dermatologic Society, and Great Lakes Dermatology Society.
