About Anthony A. Admire, MD
Dr. Anthony Admire is a native Arizonan who attended high school, college and medical school (University of Arizona) in Tucson. He completed his general surgery & plastic surgery residency in St. Louis. In 2006, Dr. Admire returned to Tucson and took a position with the University of Arizona College of Medicine as an assistant professor of surgery and acting chief of plastic surgery. In late 2007, he established his private practice in North Scottsdale which has flourished for the past 10 plus years, serving both Phoenicians and many outof state patients. Dr. Admire is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is an active member of all the leading plastic surgery organizations, including American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, and International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. For more than eight years, he has served as chief of plastic surgery at HonorHealth Osborn Campus and he also serves as the director of plastic surgery at North Valley Surgery Center. He holds appointments on multiple committees at HonorHealth including perioperative and credentialing. Dr. Admire is an award-winning plastic surgeon, recognized both locally and nationally. He has been named a “Top Doc” in PHOENIX magazine multiple times, including 2012, 2014 & 2017 when he was the top vote getter as voted upon by his medical peers. He also won the Best Board Certified Plastic Surgeon as selected by Arizona Foothills readers. He is recognized as a Castle Connolly Physician, a distinction which is given to fewer than 10 percent of all physicians in the country. He was also featured as one of the Best Plastic Surgeons in America in Southwest Airlines’ Spirit Magazine and featured on the popular television show, The Doctors. Dr. Admire specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face (face/neck lifts, eyelids, browlifts, rhinoplasty), breast (breast lifts & augmentation, breast reductions, implant exchanges and challenging revisions), and body (tummy tucks, buttocks augmentation, liposuction, arm/thigh lifts). Dr. Admire’s signature techniques for facialrejuvenation allow for fast healing without drains or compression garments. His method, which he has perfected over time, produces consistent, natural-looking results for his patients, with many traveling from all parts of the country to seek Dr. Admire’s expertise. “I love restoring the youthfulness to the face in a very natural way and making patients feel great about how they look without looking overdone,” he said. He performs many types of breast reconstruction, including nipple sparing direct to implant, autologous tissue, fat transfer, post-radiated breast defects, as well as accept all challenging revisions. Additionally, Dr. Admire and his wife, Victoria, run a growing skin care practice, called Admire Skin, that provides many non-invasive procedures for both the face and body, including Botox & Fillers, Laser Services and Hair Restoration.
