About Andrew F. Nasseri, MD
Dr. Nasseri is inspired by practicing his long-lived passion for the art of Aesthetics and combining it with his precise motor skills and extreme attention to details. These skills which he acquired during his many years of performing surgeries as a Board Certified Cardiac Surgeon have enabled him to produce excellent cosmetic results in his patients. Dr. Nasseri’s goal is to transform his deep passion for Aesthetics into patient satisfication by delivering excellent procedural results, outstanding service, and very fair everyday pricing! Andrew Nasseri, MD, FACS, is a Cardiac surgeon, General surgeon and aesthetic treatment expert at La Jolla Med Spa and Hair Transplant in La Jolla, California. Dr. Nasseri is board-certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery and General Surgery. He completed his General Surgery residency in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and completed a fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery at the University of California, Davis in Sacramento, California. He received further advanced training in Cardiothoracic Surgery at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, and also at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Nasseri has operated on patients across numerous states and holds memberships in several professional organizations. He is a diplomate of the American College of Surgeons and the Society of Thoracic Surgeons. After years of specializing in Cardiothoracic surgery and General surgery, and being celebrated for his work in the field, Dr. Nasseri decided to pursue his long-lived passion for the art of aesthetics. The practice of aesthetics is extremely satisfying to him as he is able to combine his interest in the art of aesthetics with his fine motor skills acquired during years of cardiac surgery, as well as the precision and attention to details required in cardiac surgery. These skills have enabled Dr. Nasseri to produce excellent cosmetic results in his patients. Dr. Nasseri has received extensive training in aesthetics from the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine, and The Aesthetic Academy as well as the National Laser Institute. He has also received hair restoration and transplant training at American Hair Transplant Center directed by Dr. Marwan Saifi who is the fellowship training program director. Dr. Saifi is a diplomate of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery and one of the few members of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery Committee. At La Jolla Med Spa and Hair Transplant, Dr. Nasseri enjoys seeing the positive effect that his Aesthetic and Hair Transplant treatments have on his patients and their self-confidence. He takes a holistic approach to reach and exceed patients’ goals. He performs minimally invasive and noninvasive procedures using laser and radiofrequency devices by InMode Optimas, as well as injectable fillers and botulinum toxin products.
