About Andrew Breithaupt
Dr. Breithaupt (pronounced “bright”-“hopped”) is a board-certified, fellowship-trained surgical and cosmetic dermatologist and Clinical Instructor of Dermatology at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, Mohs micrographic surgery, reconstructive surgery, non-invasive cosmetic surgery, injectable fillers and toxins, lasers and energy-based devices. After receiving his M.D. and completing internship, Dr. Breithaupt did his residency in Dermatology at UCLA. Following residency, he performed a fellowship at UCLA in Mohs surgery, reconstructive plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery. This exclusive training, undertaken by only one physician per year at UCLA, gives him the unique set of skills that combine the fields of dermatology, Mohs surgery, plastic surgery, and laser surgery that are needed to provide his patients with the best possible results.
