About Amy Han, MD
At the Dermatology and Laser Center, Dr. Amy Han offers dermatology services to patients throughout San Diego, Hillcrest, and Chula Vista, California. Her services include care for acne and skin cancer in addition to Botox®, fillers, tattoo removal, Mohs surgery, electronic brachytherapy, and photofacials. Dr. Han is a board certified dermatologist. She is originally from Los Angeles, California, Dr. Han graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California-Los Angeles and completed her medical education at the University of California-San Francisco. There, she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) honor society. She trained in dermatology at the Case Western School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio where she served as chief resident. Dr. Han is currently Clinical Instructor at the University of California-San Diego’s School of Medicine. Dr. Han is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Han trained with renowned experts in melanoma, hair disorders, and psoriasis. Her work in Laser Treatment, Dermatologic Surgery, and Dermatopathology has been published in medical journals and textbooks. Dr. Han is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
