About Amandeep S. Sandhu, MD, FAAD
Aman Sandhu, M.D., F.A.A.D. is Board Certified Dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon. Dr. Sandhu is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatological Surgery and a member of the American Society of Mohs Surgery. He specializes in the management of skin cancer to obtain the highest cure rate and best cosmetic outcome by creating custom tailored plans for each patient using the most up to date treatments options. He obtained a dual degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He pursued his medical school education at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Sandhu completed his transitional year internship focusing on medicine, surgery, and pediatrics at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, California and continued on to his residency in Dermatology at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Loma Linda, California. In addition to serving as chief resident in his final year of residency, Dr. Sandhu contributed to and authored multiple publications, including articles in the peer-reviewed journal Dermatologic Surgery. Born and raised in Southern California, Dr. Sandhu is excited to join the practice of Khuu Dermatology and serve the Northern California region. In his his free time, he can be found hiking, golfing, or traveling and learning about other cultures.
