About Adar Berghoff
Adar Berghoff, M.D. joined MetroDerm P.C., in 2011 as a general dermatologist and dermatopathologist. He works with patients at our Johnson Ferry/Perimeter office in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Berghoff obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He then attended the University of North Carolina School of Medicine for his medical education and achieved the high honors of Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society. He began his postgraduate medical training in the United States Navy in 2001 and served on active duty for six years as a primary care physician and flight surgeon. After leaving the Navy, Dr. Berghoff completed his residency in dermatology followed by a fellowship in dermatopathology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He began his practice of dermatology during his fellowship, which included time supervising and training residents. He has expertise in all aspects of general dermatology as well as cosmetic dermatology.
