This is why Dr. Burns insists on using only physician anesthesiologists for all but the most simple of procedures. In addition, he operates in an onsite fully accredited surgery center, Dallas Day Surgery Center, or at Baylor University Hospital and with the Plastic and Craniofacial Institute for Infants and Children at the Children’s Medical Center in Dallas. As the first plastic surgeon in the United States to complete a fellowship in laser surgery, he brings a unique and unmatched expertise in facial rejuvenation.
